Undertaker School / College?

Does anyone have any information on schools in the U.S. preferrably close to Maryland but willing to live elsewhere, that offer Undertaking as a course or degree / diploma? I have a friends daughter that is looking into this field and any info would be greatly appreciated.

The only program I know of is in Oklahoma. I think it's at Oklahoma State.

It's actually a tough business - other than the ethical and personal dilemmas, I understand the economic side of running an undertaking business is fairly difficult in addition.

Those Cadillac Herses don't come cheap.
