Do you have any other clocks with alarms? Stereo with an alarm system? Cell phone with an alarm? Know of a friend or family member that can call you at a certain time? Is it too late to go out and buy one that can last for the time being?
These are just a few suggestions...

Buy a new one. Most cell phones also have alarm clocks on it. Or have a really kind person call you to wake you up.

First take the dog to the vets, needs treatment immediately.
Then buy yourself a new alarm, that's if you have any money left after paying the vet bills.

The ringing will be very faint so you'll have to use your dog as a pillow. If he/she won't go to sleep and keep still then try sedating it - some dark turkey meat will do it. If you don't have any then some alcohol or prescription tranquilizers (Xanax etc.) will do it.

Easy, sleep with your dog next to you, just hope the alarm is already set.
