no shes been annoying me about stupid stuff we only talk at school plus she hangs out with other guys more than me so yeah im sick of her

You could give her the old "it's not you, it's me" routine. That's a nice way of telling someone it really is THEM and not you. You could tell her that you just don't want to be serious and you "need to find yourself" and you're just not good enough for her and how you're doing HER a favor by breaking up with her so she can find someone worthy of her.
It's all a bunch of crap, but it might work.

For one thing, how awful to be sick of her. What have you been doing? Just playing around? I feel sorry for her. And there really is no "nice way". It's breaking up. It's not a nice thing. Tell her the truth. It will be painful, but hey it's break up and people who just play around in relationships are asking for it.

lol, well tell her that your in a different place and that you need time to recollect your thoughts. tell her you have a lot going on at home and with school or work or watever and you don't want to ignore her, so you think its best that you separate
