I've noticed that happens a lot, but I don't think most people are doing it on purpose. Some general questions are pretty common and there are many weird questions that more than one person will think of.

Wouldn't really give a damn, its their fault for asking it again if its already been answered. You only ask to find an answer to something you'd like to know the answer to, not for the quality of the question.

One would like to believe they are unique. But unfortunately, originality is far and few between. Doubt anyone would repeat something if they knew the answers already.
