Depends on whether it is a honest I'm sorry, but again, sometimes it takes alot just to say that. No suffering.

it depends really. Usually I accept it but I want to review it and discuss the heck out of it. It's not a form of suffering, at least it's not supposed to be, I just don't want the same **** to happen again and for them to understand WHY they did what they did. THEN if it happens again...fergitaboutit

No, i don't make them suffer, but sometimes the things they do are just hurtful a simple 'im sorry' just never works. ya know?
