What are some fashion trends that were brought back?
Skinney jeans were brounght back, but what decade were they from??
So can you please just name a few trends that were brought back and what decade they were from.

i think the thick headband thing was brought back from the 60s
the leggings & mini thing were from the 80's i believe???
layered hair & side parts- 60's i am pretty sure

Skinny jeans were from the '50s brought back in the '80s. In the '60s we had stove pipe jeans - just prior to big bell bottoms. The stove pipes often had tight vertical black and white pin striping running down them. They were shaped like a stove pipe. Big huge bell bottoms were popular in the early '70s. They were called elephant pants. Animal prints were popular in the early '60s but very ta-bu in the 70's and 80's. They came back in the 90's. It looks like teased hair may be coming back from the 60's. As is the very light lipstick and eye shadow. Low rise jeans were called hip huggers in the 70's. Ponchos were very popular then too. Orange, lime green and brown and white together was big. Avocado green was huge - every appliance from phones to fridges to dish racks came in avocado green.
In the 60's short short hair was called a Twiggy cut or a Pixie cut. In the 70's a Mullet cut was called a shag. In the 90's finger nails were long, long, long and tapered. In the late 90's they were squared off. Now they are short again like in the 60's and 70's. right now most tops are retro fashioned with a 70's ish feel. I'm 50. I think the next big trend will be 40's glamor - like Marilyn Monroe. Hair styles from WW11.
