its tight. its like a shirt. bikini bathing suit. its clothing you should be able to tell. as long as it doesnt fall.

It will no longer support your breasts and they may begin to bounce or "jiggle" a bit. This is a definite sign that it's time to upgrade! Another sign is if you can see your nipples both through the bra and the shirt, in which case you may either need a bigger bra or one with more padding. To get fitted for a correctly-sized bra, go to a specialty store such as Victoria's Secret, where the women in that department store are trained for things like that. You don't want to get cheated out of your money, especially on something like that! <3

You will know when a bra is tight when you feel alot of pressure... you know where. A correct bra fit should fit comfortably and should feel like you don't have anything on

kinda self explanatory...but its like when you can tell pants or a shirt are too small.
obviously it feels tight, when your boobs are like popping out of it, when theres pressure on your ribcage/bust area, when you can see the band going through your shirt, and ESPECIALLY when at the end of the day and you take it off, you can see it left red marks on your skin.

when your nipples keep popping out of it. or next time you go to a store, wear a thin shirt so you can try it over your shirt with your shirt on and see if it fits
