If there was a time machine :), I would go back during the Roman empire...and if I can..I will choose to be an emperror ;).
I hate the present...the world today is divided between computers and traditions and it has no charm.

I prefer the Roman times...because it has all that vanity, I mean nowadays the people are more hypocritical in a way that they appreciate more important aspects of live...the Romans were severe but honest and they didn't pretend to know answers of everything.
Of course I like another things...such as the brunette and cruel Roman women :), like Mesalina and so on. And as well:
The architecture, latin language, warm wheather...

Anyway....share what is your favourite age in that you would like to live?

Thanks :)

Really good question!!!

I would love to live with the Native Americans long before Europeans came to the continent. They had such a nice balance between society and nature. Man and woman, adult and child.

Todays age is great. Average lifespan is up, medicine is at it's peak, people are more educated, and war is not "always" a means of solving conflict. Sure they had philosophy, art, and perhaps a better sense of personal freedom, but don't take the Roman age as shown on HBO literarly. You're just bored and would take the life around you forgranted no matter what age you lived in. Wake up and take a look at your surroundings... we are making history. We have completely bridged the world over the past 2 decades and we're moving into a direction intercontinental bliss, where it's not them or us. It's we.

Do I still have the knowledge I have now? If so, send me to the industrial age so I can invent a bunch of stuff that we have now but they didn't have then & become very rich.

Otherwise, I love the Victorian Era. I probably would have died in childbirth, tho.

In the mid 30's to mid forties would be a nice time to be born. You get all the benefits of the economic booms of investing when you are old enough to invest and see alot of investions/innovations come to life.

I would go back to the Roman times, too. I would become one of the Praetorian guard. I would then use my prestigous position to assassinate you. I would also ravage your beautiful, brunnette wife.
