This deck looks to be a slow and inconsistent deck. I will rate it a 4/10.
Since you want to play an armed dragon deck, I suggest that you drop any card(s) that do not directly support, bring out, and protect the armed dragons (and add those you think that will do those things).
here's my deck as AN EXAMPLE of what an armed dragon deck COULD look like:
1 armed dragon lvl 10
2 armed dragon lvl 7
3 armed dragon lvl 5
3 armed dragon lvl 3
3 cyber dragon
3 masked dragon
2 spear dragon
1 exiled force
1 sangan

3 level up
3 stamping destruction
2 the graveyard in the fourth dimension
1 my body as a sheild
1 magical mallet
1 reload
1 pot of averice
1 snatch steal
1 premature burial
1 heavy storm
1 mystical space typhoon
1 nobleman of crossout

2 sakuretsu armor
1 call of the haunted
1 mirror force
1 waboku
1 torrential tribute

Actually your deck is quite well put together, I would have to rate it a 8/10. Here are some suggestions,

First: Take out the blue eyes white dragons, they just don't fit, and you will find that your hand is filled with cards you can't summon. Luster dragon needs to go, for the same reason that blue eyes does.

Cyber jar, its been banned for a while now.

Also you might consider, adding a Pot of Avarice.

As for the armed dragons, try to do this, One Armed dragon lv10, two lv7, three lv5, three lv3s. That should help out the ratios.

With That your deck, is very nice. I personally enjoy level monsters. So good luck, and happy dueling.

I'll give it 9.5 out of 10. The greatest weakness of your deck is the overwhelming majority of Dragon monsters. Therefore, it is particularly vulnerable to Dragon Capture Jar. However, by including Buster Blader and Dark Paladin in your deck, you are able to use that same weakness to your advantage! Brilliant strategy!!! However, I want to know why you have included the Heavy Storm in your deck. Since you have a Blue Eyes White Dragon in your deck, why not add a Burst Stream of Destruction to your deck? Other than that, your Spell and Trap cards are also extremely powerful and well chosen. Way to go!

2/10 Your need to decide between armed dragons, dark paladin, horus, and flute summoning blue eyes. After you do that then show me your new deck and i will tell you what to do.

70. you seem to like basing this deck by waiting a few turns before summoning a more powerful monster. Add a few strong monsters with small sacrifices (ex. Summoned Skull) and you'll do fine against opponents who don't know your deck content. If you added a few of those you'll get somewhere between 80 and 90.
