I think violence is worse. It is a completely forbidden act and can result in death and bloodshed. It causes people to feel they may be able to do something like that. I think in some ways it can be very dangerous if a parent does not stay on top of thier child's well being and control what they watch.
I think sex can be very dangerous too. The difference is the fact that it is a natural act, and can result in wonderful things. However that does not mean I condone children running off to have sex. I believe sex needs to also be policed by parents. However the policing would be a little different. The maturity level of the child comes into account.
All in all, it truly comes down to parents, but I would say, personally, they are both dangerous to an extent. I would rather my child see a naked body or people kissing and/or fondling (a little easier to explain), than someone blowing someone's head off (a little tougher to explain).
I can tell my child that the couple loves each other, and that is what adults do to show affection...or something along those lines, but with bloodshed, telling them it's not real, or they are just actors is tougher to explain, and have a child realize.

Neither, but I'd say violence. Sex is a big part of life. Violence isn't really a big part of life, I don't see much violence on the streets these days, except for in Iraq.

violence. sex is a natural part of life and if done in the proper context and healthy AND fun. we shouldnt demonize the very thing that allows our species to continue..... if it was really graphc in an R movie and the kids were young, i would tun the channel for a minute or speed through the video to the next scene. but i would never treat it like something dirty unless it was illegal.
now seeing violence over and over desensitizes all of us, not just kids, and is the cause of many kiddie nightmares and fears. I never heard of a kid waking up screaming cause he dreamed that two people were necking.

Violence because it can have deep emotional and physical effects on the human mind, especially violent sex. Violence teaches children about highly inappropriate things and views the dark side of human nature. Sex is natural and apart of human nature. Because you can talk to children about sex and teach them about appropriate sexual behavior.

The absolute WORST is.... for you to over-shelter your children from reality. You can thumbs-down me all you want, but when they finally break free of your hand, and discover the world on their own, they need to have been prepared by you to handle the realities of the world. They are both bad for too young of eyes, this I understand. BUT KNOW YOUR ENEMY!!! You have to be open and honest with your kids. Having said that, I'm gonna go with.... violence, definitely violence. Make the world a peaceful place people. )loVe(
Edit: Grace O, will you be the mother of my children?

violence.
kids will know of sex someday.
but if you let them watch a lot of violence, they may get use to it and think that it's normal.
or even if they are old enough to differentiate right from wrong, they'll get a use of it. read blink. its somewhat there.
=)
but both are bad though
hehe.
