about a month ago, i began having terrible headaches during sex. right when i orgasm, if feels as if someone hit me in the center top of my head with a sledge hammer. i don't have the heart to tell my boyfriend because 1) i'm not giving up our special intimate time 2) he would feel horrible because he would think he hasn't something to do with it. can someone please tell me what my problem may be. ****and no, i'm not hitting the headboard***

I would say blood pressure, or cholesteral. most headaches are caused by blood vessels expanding beyond what they should, within a given time frame(spikes in BP will cause this) is it accompanied with dizzyness? any way, go see a doctor.

it sounds like some sort of anxiety thing im not sure honey but... maybe hittin the headboard will make it go away
