I feel like im the only one that doesn't like them. I mean come on its just emo music. Does anyone agree?

No, I love them. It's not just because Pete is hot, or everyone else likes their songs. I'm not emo either, and neither is their music. They're just a really great band. I'd appreciate it if you didn't bad mouth them because you don't like their taste in music or because you think they're posers or something.

I've never been a big fan of Fall Out Boy, they're more poppy than what I usually like in my music, but it's okay for people to like them. People can have their own personal taste in music, even if it doesn't suit yours.

I didn't want to like them, per se, but after their "Arms Race" single on the latest album, I went to Best Buy and paid $20 to get that CD and their previous one, "...Cork Tree".
After loading all those songs onto my mp3 player and forcing myself to listen to their entire recent catalog, I'd say at least 35-40% of their songs have really catchy hooks and choruses. I sold the CDs on Ebay, got most of my $$ back, and still have the songs on my harddrive (suck it, RIAA).
I'm happy enough, and have discovered some kick-azz songs in the process. I wouldn't wear a F.O.B. t-shirt, but I can say they have some good songs that are not on the radio.

fall out boy isn't all that bad, but they're not one of my top bands either. so to me they're ok...and i think its just cause their music is quite hyped up and its seems like nowadays everyone's a bit on the emo side

Well if you ask me most of today's music sucks in general
You people need to get with the old time bands like The Rolling Stones, ACDC, Led Zeppelin and Black Sabbath just to name a few
Sometimes I ask myself, what the hell happened to music. It's almost like it just died

Nope.I've been loving FOB like crazy since they realeased their cd Evening Out With Your Girlfriend in 2002.Pete's old hardcore band Arma Angelus rules too

Depends on your own personal taste, so you can't just that music rocks or sucks because everybody is different. But personally i like their songs.

yeah, emo music is awful, however it's sort of good that some kind of rock music is popular, but WHY EMO? why not something better that has some kind of reference to better past music than Blink 182 and Weezer?

I'm glad to say I've never heard any of there tunes. Going by what modern music has become, I think I will agree with you once I inevitably do hear them.
