Is the alchohol in beer the same as the one you put on cuts and stuff??

NO!!!
Rubbing alcohol is POISON and will cause a painful gastric reaction if you are crazy enough to ingest it.
It can kill you if you have enough of it.
It can cause damage to the following organs:
Central nervous system (CNS) depression, liver, kidney, cardiovascular depression and brain damage.

No, the alcohol in beer is ethonol, the same stuff that people run their cars off of. The alcohol you put on cuts is isopropyl alcohol. This alcohol if you drink it can kill you.

No...I it's something else. I know that they use pure ethanol in beer, which is basically the pure form of alcohol...or maybe part of it? (but I don't think it's safe to drink ethanol...my biology teacher wouldn't let us when we had to do practicals with the stuff lol)...don't think it's used on cuts and grazes though.
