I work for a flower company, and there are a lot of people that send flowers just because, I have in the past. I think the best suprise is when you least expect it. I've sent popcorn tins just because as well.

Yes. every week last summer. My sweety has a beautiful garden and twice a week I got fresh flowers delivered to my office. And the reason was "just because he loves me".
