well first you need to save it on your computer. Then you can upload it to a picture site (like photobucket or something).

Then you can go to
http://poqbum.com/ProfileEditor/index.php

you select picture background and then put the url of the picture that you uploaded in the http: box

Then you can select it to be a tile, fixed or scrolling, etc. it should give you the bg code
