Look at those things you do which get you involved and excited. Those things you look forward to doing and think about when you're not doing them. If there's nothing like that in your life, you need to get more involved in a variety of activities in order to find something that interests you more than anything else. If you're stuck in a job you hate, think about what sort of jobs would appeal to you and begin planning a way to make a job like that yours.
Is there anything you do that leaves you feeling happy and fulfilled? Even something small or ordinary, like cooking or writing or playing with kids or growing plants--anything that can evolve into a career or hobby. Look into your local community college or take an online class to see if you have interests you haven't explored.
In your heart, you know what sort of activities make you happiest. It may take some thinking and creativity to turn one of those things into a career, if that's what you're looking for. But the possibilities are endless.
Just don't let having too many choices leave you feeling like you can't make a choice at all! It takes starting something or diving into something to give it a chance to make you happy or make you realize you were meant to do something else with your life.
