Cause it sucked and was so rigged. I'll bet at least 90% of the paranormal activity they supposedly encountered was faked by the producers.

maybe the celebrities had to voulenteer and they got so scared because the things were so real they didnt vulenteer either that or they didnt have enough money to do it
