Entrance to the Carnival in Bully (PS2)?

I can't find the entrance to the Carnival in Bully. Do you need to do something to unlock it?

you dont really need to unlock anything, but you will get a mission to take a date to the carnival. you go to the city with your bike and follow the beach sidewalk until you get to a tunnel. follow the tunnel to the end and there is the carnival
