Why sometimes when you smoke a cigarette you then want to go to toilet afterwards?

Maybe they slip some laxative in in. My husband experiences that every morning after his first drag. He's gonna kill me for telling everyone that!

Watch what your doing when your smoking, most times people will be drinking a drink at the same time (not meaning alcohol just fluid) and it is the fluid that is making you have to go to the toilet.

Because it's a stimulant. It happens when you drink coffee too. It's not a silly question. But if you want a more detailed response you could ask this question in a different category. Medical perhaps.
