there should be more than just one date set your pc should have points set a few in a months time...try going in on safe mode....then try it see what happens if you have not yet tried...if you have xp I do...first yeah go in safe mode then go to all programs and go to accessories and then system tools then system restore remember safe mode!!!

That means you have a problem. You either set OR let some software program shut off or restrict the amount of space System Restore can use.I'll list a site in source that will help you . If you explain why restoring your computer to that date is so important maybe I can help you more.If your trying to find software or a file I'll explain how to try and find them. You can do a Windows search to try and find something you need.I'll list some sites in source that will help you.

You might need to go into your Control Panel>System>System Restore, to see how much memory you are allowing System Restore to use. The more memory you set aside for it, the more restore points that will available to you.

i think you can only use restore if you installed something new in your cpu.if you know the date that it started messing up you might try search files
click check by date march7th to now and see
and see if you see the program u used when it started messing up or go to add /remove programs and delete the programs you aren't using
