It all comes down to personal preference I am a Muscle Guy But some of those Tuners are Pretty Damn Impressive. But will they stand the test of time like the Muscle Cars?

I would like to find some 4 valve heads, Turbos sequential fuel injection All wheel drive and all those other tuner tricks and apply them to my 396 Chevelle.

Now that would be AWESOME!

I like tuners they actually work on their cars...
Oh and I have seen a tuner be faster then a muscle... Tuners do get full of themselves but they deserve it. They spend the whole day on their car. Muscle just walks into a store and buy it...

I never had a tuner even try to race my Maverick, they would turn and go the other direction. I guess they knew which was better. Tuners are all talk, we know where the muscle is.

each has its benefits and downfalls. Muscle cars are cool and always will be. They will never go out of style. The parts are cheap and you can get a ton of power for a small amount of money. Tuners are easy to get ahold of but modifing them is tricky, and expensive. Personally I like muscle cars better than tuners.

Tuners are faster and have better handling but are big cheaters when it comes to horsepower, they compincate their small engines with turbos super chargers and nitro, good 'ol american muscle dont need all that on the drag strip.. so i guess its more of a question of what do you like in muscle?, steroids (tuner) or natural definition (muscle)

Generally tuners are all show, and no go. They are noisy little weed eaters. Muscle is the way to go, I have a dodge truck "sleeper" . You wouldnt believe the fun I have handing it to these little rice burners on the road.

Best of Luck!

well, tuners... hmm how do i put this... a 1 million dollar civic can't beat a 25k mustang.

but, a 911 will smoke em both on a road course.

by 442 do you mean the hurst-olds?

it rather relies upon on what you like. for drag racing, a muscle motor vehicle is greater effective, because of the fact it has greater skill, greater torque, so-on. inspite of the undeniable fact that, imports are often greater effective at each and every thing else (music, touge, time assaults, etc.), yet many imports additionally are tuned for drag racing, and can beat different muscle vehicles. i say that imports are greater effective, because tuning imports are often common, and there are truthfully an un-countable techniques you are able to music an import (yet in line with possibility it is merely reason im asian.. eheheh)

I love american muscle, but unless I come across a 4 speed 454 in a stingray, I'm sticking with my RX-7. I much prefer my 9000RPM's of flat torque/ power curve to anything! My car won't win in a straight line, but other than that...
