tweezers.
I know it'll hurt, but do it.

Think very carefully about this one, because there's a lot of misinformation going about.
It's YOUR face and you don't want to do anything that's going to damage you permanently.
If there's not too much of it, do you really need to do anything? A moustache isn't the end of the world for a girl and most guys are OK about girls with a slight moustache. And remember that a significant number of girls who have a moustache at 14 or 15 tend to lose it or find it reducing when they're 18 or 19 as their levels of female hormones rise.
However not all moustaches go away at 18 or 19 and even those which do will eventually return from around age 30 onwards, so if you do decide you have to do something, then there isn't a simple answer.
Facial (and also body) hair on women comes about in the same way as on men because of
1) your body being sensitized, before you were even born, to testosterone -- doesn't happen to all girls, but does to many
2) your body producing high levels of testosterone
The growth rate and coarseness of the hair depends on just how much testosterone is circulating in your bloodstream.
Steer clear of bleaching -- when someone sees you against the light you'll look as if you have a glowing moustache and/or beard.
As far as removing it is concerned it's worth remembering that
* Waxing, plucking, threading, epilating all pull the hair out by the roots and where the growth is hormonally-driven can actually stimulate a dormant follicle into producing more hair quicker. They also distort the root if done repeatedly, leading to hair growing at strange angles. And you've got to let the hair grow to quite a length before you can repeat the exercise. It can also damage the skin and discolor it. Long-term use of waxing also causes bad wrinkles.
* Chemical depilatories strong enough to remove the hair are very likely to burn the skin, cause swelling and cause long-term discoloration of the skin.
* Laser is also liable to cause burning and discoloration and in any case only works effectively on a dark hair/light skin combinantion.
* Electrolysis is very liable to cause scarring and discoloration of the skin.
Which, like it or not, leaves shaving which does not damage the skin. Best done with a men's-style electric razor, the best of which, for women, are probably those from the men's range of Norelco razors (Philishave outside the US). Most women who try a men's Norelco wonder why nobody ever told them about it before.

1. Shave - it really doesn't come back thicker. I think I'd know after doing this for 20 years! Old wives tale.
2. Wax - painful. The home stuff doesn't work so well. Have it done professionally. It lasts longer than a shave and isn't that expensive. Also, shaving still leaves the tip of the hair so you can still barely see the 'stache. Waxing removes the whole hair.
3. Bleach - looks silly. You'll still have a stache it'll just be a different color.
4. Tweeze - painful. No cost, very effective, and you wont have to wait until your next wax appointment to stay on top of it and keep your face looking nice.

It's a total and complete myth that it will grow back thicker after removal. It only appears that way when in the stubble stage of regrowth, as the root is thicker than the ends. If you wax it consistently, this will have a tendency to kill the hair roots, and eventually you might find you don't have to wax any longer. I waxed the hair on my arms for several years, now there is practically none left to regrow.

Never bleach it. It will eventually break off and be prickly like a man. Only the hair will be white. Harsh on the skin.
Shaving will cause it to be prickly for a while.
Plucking only takes care of it one hair at a time; takes too long and prolongs the agony.
Waxing is good; lasts longer than shaving. Takes care of it all at once.
The best would be laser removal, but it is expensive and sometimes the hair will grow back.

okai.. this is how it works u need to mix curd and multlani mitti ( its called Mud of multan ) u can get it in indian store if u have nearby ..
or u can take any face mask mud from a beauty store.. mix it with curd and apply on the area.. leave it to dry and then try removing the paste in circular motion. (clockwise) and the hair will be all gone .. and next time they will be thinner and repeat the same till they get thin.. to be hidden under bleach
the process if only for 2 mins :) and it works for every area u have hair.. try not to use hair removing creams as they increase the number or hair

My cousin, Lisa, was troubled by a little mustache that started to grow thicker.
First she waxed it. You can obtain a kit at Wal-Mart, Target or Wal-Greens. It is only $4.99
However, if you can afford it......the ultimate and best solution for you is laser hair removal. Lisa chose this method and now she is mustache-free.

Sally Hansen makes a great home bleaching kit and a home waxing kit. You can also go to a salon and have it waxed off. It hurts to have it done, but no more than waxing your eye brows (or tweezing them for that matter).

electrolosis will remove it permanently, but is expensive
waxing is somewhat painful but it will not grow back darker
don't shave, it makes the hair sharp like on your legs
you could try plucking.......a reasonable way to keep up after waxing....just do a little every day

do not bleach if you have dark skin you will look like a clown with an orange moustache.
You can wax, or use a depilatory but you have to get the depilatories that are SPECIFICALLY for facial hair, the leg kinds (like nair) are way too strong.
