it helps to reduce sagginess because the support helps keep your breast tissue "up" instead of saggy ad droopy...be sure to moisturize to keep the tissue nice and it really helps prevent sagging.

They once said wearing a bra would prevent sagginess but I think it is heriditary. I've always worn a bra and before I turned 30 I looked just like grandma!

Whether your breasts sag or not is probably genetic. Your breasts change as you age, with weight gain and loss, and with each pregnancy.
All of these things are going to make the tissues less firm, and wearing a bra is not going to change things. The only thing the bra will do will keep the girls from jiggling around and bouncing embarrassingly when you don't want them to!

Yeah i guess, especially a push up so if you do get sagginess when youre older you can always get a good push up bra like the secret embrace push up at victorias secret

yes, I think it does, but the best thing to reduce the look of sagginess is good posture!
