Well, I do think he started an illegal war for oil, but he screwed us in other ways: 3000 of our soldiers dead, a trillion dollars added to the debt, to mention two.
I think increased gas prices are the best things that can happen. If gas were $20 a gallon, we'd take a lot more public transportation, put a lot less greenhouse gas into the atmosphere, and possibly hold off global warming!

nope - my gas was thru the roof in 1976 when I was at college

can remember paying 18.9 /gallon - when getting $2 worth meant you got half a tank instead of half a gallon
