I have a 95 ex coupe (cd7) and you can put on any size up to 19 inch. I wouldnt go with 19's by all means, 18's are so so. A nice set of 16's or 17's would do the trick with a slight drop to kill the wheel gap. I had 17's on mine with low pro tires, I took them off and got a stock set from a 98 ex. What rim you think is nice depends on you.

I would say max 16 inch rims. Anything bigger would mean that you would need to get a thinner side wall tire. This would make pot holes more jarring, the ride rougher, and may cause the rims to get damaged easier.

Look at tirerack.com go to the wheel section, choose your car and swap rims on there until you see something you like. I think a nice 5 fat spoke rim would look nice.

if you like to only drive slow and take turns slow yea you can get 19s but you would have to get low profiles with 17 18 or 19 so that they would rub the front wheel well now they kind of rim also depends on you and your style of driving. chrome are heavier and slow your car down alloys are good but you need to make sure you get one with the right size of lip depending on which rim size you get cause with no lip they will crack easier!! oh yea low profile are a little more dangerous if your not constantly checking the pressure on the because they have such little leway. so for saftly and looks i go with a 16in alloy which come in colors or different color greys good luck

No 195/70/R14's are for a 14 inch rim hence the R14 @ the end. if you get the 15 inch rims you need different/new tires.

18"s will fit nicely, but they'll have a rough ride. You can get up to 20s, but I wouldn't recommend it by any means. the wheels would hit the fenders and suspension components. The look is really up to your own taste.
