i think this was a movie, like mars attacks or something, but it was a bit cheesy. I know it's a bit wacky, but do you think so?

No, I think it would take more than the Earth Attacked to bind all peoples into a common cause.
The funny thing is I have a positive attitude and consider my self to be an optimist!

Well, personally, being all negative and stuff... I think it would tear the world apart... I think some nations would realize that we are insignificant and we dont really make a difference and if we all died not a lot of things would change in the universe....


but pother nations would think that we still rule this earth, and that if we all died then the universe would totally change without us exploring it making contact with other places...

nope, sorry. I think the best alien movie that displays what humans would do is in "The Day the Earth Stood Still". Humans are a bunch of sillies who can't get along with each other, even when aliens come to help us. You really should watch that movie, it's a classic.

NO!!!!!! Some of the countries HATE each other. It would be VERY nice though. Even if they did, it may not last long because I guarantee you we could not agree on a single thing. The countries' leaders would be arguing and the world would be blown up. They would still be arguing.

No way. It would be just like when the European white man started venturing farther and farther into North America (the USA) ... the Indians couldn't (or just wouldn't) band together to kick butt, and they were all CONQUERED.
