can you lose your drivers license if you accumulate too many points on your driving record?
Also,If your license has been suspended do you have to serve the period of suspension and pay any service fee in addition to any fines ordered by the court?

Yes. If you accrue too many pts in a short period of time, they can be suspended...

Yes to all. Accululation of points on your licence could eventually lead to a driving ban as well as fines etc etc. Any fines and court costs already accumulated also have to be paid otherwise they'll increase too and if the bailiffs are sent out due to non-payment then you'll also have to pay their costs.

Accumulation of many points and more suspensions would mean a grave penalty and even cancellation of a driver's license. Thus, utmost diligence must be observed while driving.

Yes, however, some states will allow you to go to traffic school to earn a few points back before taking your license away.
