Letterman hands down. He's been around the longest, and he's got the best jokes of them all. Conan is only on because NBC screwed Letterman out of the Tonight Show gig in favor of Leno, who is not funny at all...and not deserving of Johnny Carson's job...only 1 man was deserving of that job, and that is David Letterman.
If you don't believe me, go hunt down footage of Carson saying the same thing.

Leno's second, though he's usually unfunny and tries too hard.
I've never found Letterman funny at all, so he's third.

Conan, honestly I don't watch the others but I do like the top 10 list (they replay it on the radio in the morning, but I don't know which one of them does it).
