Have you ever listened to Rush?
I have never heard a band like this one. Their songs aren't just some catchy little tunes. It's almost like the music grew organically from the lyrics. It's definitely the most sophisticated music I know.
Unlike a lot of modern music, (Rap, Hip-Hop) they have an astounding command of the language.
Here are the lyrics from their song, Subdivisions, an eloquent indictment against the bland, homogenous suburbs.
