Sounds exactly like a scam that was described on TV.

r u talking of visa to UAE or to Ghana ?
UAE visa costs only 240 Dhs for two months single entry .
dont know about ghana . but 1500 $ seems to be too high by any standards.

It is $50 for a single entry visa, and $80 for a multiple entry visa.
