You may find out two types of ratios
1) Numberwise
It is 3:3
=1:1[dividing both the ratios by 3]
2)Valuewise
it is 3*5:3*25 {value of 1 nickel is 5 cents and that of a quarter is 25 cents]
=15:75
=1:5 [dividing both the ratios by 15]

i think the answer would be 1 to 5 because three nickels would be fifteen cents and three quarters would be 75 cents. 15 to75 simplifies to 1 to 5

Hmm let's see it depends on what ratio you are talking about. If you are talking about the price amount, it is 15:75, which 1:5 in coinage amount 1:1
