I believe God can speak all languages.
If you mean Jesus, he spoke Aramaic, which is a Hebrew dialect.
Jesus isn't God. He's the son of God. And the son of man.
Read Numbers 23:19, it says God is not a man, nor the son of man. It is clear from scripture that Jesus is a man (1st Timothy 2:5, for instance).

I think you mean Jesus, not God. Jesus would have spoken in Hebrew and possibly Latin if he was able to communicate with the Roman administrators.
