Under Pressure. Even though it was kind of a Queen/David Bowie duet. Let's Dance is also a great song.

Hard to choose. I've been a big Bowie fan since Space Oddity came out. I have to go with I'm Afraid Of Americans" because he collaborates with one of the masterminds of modern music on it (Trent Reznor). Great song!
