Costco is known as a very good employer.

If you been at the job for close to a year, and you kind of like it, by all means stay there (even if it means less money) unless you get an offer from some employer who have reputation for having low turn-over rate. Even with that, I'd be very careful.

I won't tell you what decision to make. I will say that being happy in what you do makes all the difference in life. You spend most of your waking life at work. You then spend the rest of it unhappy if you are not happy with your job. Do what you feel is right. What job gets you closer to your goals? Do you have your goals defined and are you on the correct path? It's time to think about things. What do you want for you?
