I personaly think captian america isnt really dead and will come back in a further issue. They cant just kill him like that they have been writing about him since like WWII.

Agreed. I thought that was a pretty lame way for him to go. In the end, I think it's Marvel's answer to DC's '52' (Basically a reboot of the entire DC universe if I'm correct...).
Kinda reminds me of how Professor X (X-men) died the same year Superman did.
Of course, Marvel's got the real-world advantage on this one considering that Cap is a national icon and in the times we're living in, our country could use heroes like him real or imaginary.
Cap's not done yet. About a year from now we'll find out that the bullet passed through his brain, putting him in a coma, or perhaps amnesia. Or maybe the snipe-fodder turns out to be a clone or stand-in. Standard operating procedure for soap-opera/comic book world.
