You can go to runescape.com and start an account, as many as you like in fact. It is that easy to get one. If you are looking for someone to give you one, that is against the rules and will likely get the account banned (so this does you no good). Jagex tracks information about the accounts that would make it easy to discern which accounts have been traded (shared or given away also). If you want to play the game then follow the rules and train your own character.

1. go to runescape.com
2. click play game
3. click new user
4. create an account
