eyeliner heeelp!!?

Question

i love to wear eyeliner..i wear it on my bottom lid on the inside but after like 5 minutes it kinda smears and comes out of my lid onto the outside of my bottom lid.....how do i stop this??

You need to put it on your lashline,not the inside of your bottom lid.It get's wet if it touches your eye too much.You can also try putting a thin layer of eyeshadow under your lashline,right underneath the eyeliner.Powder concealer can work too.It helps it from running under your eyes.

Just a suggestion: I love eyeliner, but I only ever use it on the top lid. To accentuate the bottom lid, I use a light stroke of mascara (one swipe), and that seems to have a very similar effect.

I always carry a lighter in my purse b4 putting it on try burning just the tip of the eyeliner, don't let melt. Let it cool for 30 seconds and put it on ur eye.

what kind of eyeliner are u using. use revlon. that works for me. and dont use it inside just on the top and bottom. dont go out of control cuz then u will look scary.

Use a liquid waterproof eyeliner. Works for me.

use water proof and dont but the cheap stuf an ddotn put it exactly on the inside of your eyes that can cause eye problems if you pur rigt on the edge it schould be fine

i myself love eyeliner, so for it not to smear you could do one of two things 1. get a liner that is more expensive, maybe that's all you need 2. BUT Wat i did was to just change to liquid eye liner, it takes a lot longer to smear GOOD LUCK
