Because he did not take up arms against the US govt, or give arms to an identified hostile foreign power.

Treason is very specific -- it's not "anything we don't like".

Because he committed no crime. If you look up the definition of treason, you will see that that, at a minimum, is a prerequisite. Get a clue.

For the same reason you cant Impeach Bush......You have no PROOF of the exact crime of TREASON
For GW..you have no PROOF of any crime....
PS...you OPINIONS are not proof of crimes...
