No, depending on what browser you use, there's always an option dedicated for clearing your visited history. In IE7, go to Tools > Internet Options > choose Delete Browsing History.
Although, there are many things to completely erasing your tracks such as: Erasing History of visited websites, deleting cookies, temporary files, form entries, and passwords. Every browser gives you the option to delete these.

Next to Clear History, you can select zero for how many days to save anything. If you set it to zero, it won't save anything that you open. I'm surprised that nobody told you that part yet.

click it then cright click delate today or whenever u looked at porn.
