Hmm if you guys are good, i think you should go with an R&B type song that really showcases your voices. I would probably pick an old song because there were better singers back in the day lol, but a few suggestions for artists/songs that are newer would be(some of them aren't r&b):
Jojo- Weak (its a redo of an old song lol but you can definitely harmonize and sound good-one of my fave songs) orrr
Jojo- How to touch a girl. (not in a nasty way, she says its about touching a girls heart lol)
Mariah Carey- any of her songs would probably be good to harmonize and sing to
Evanescence- My Immortal (my friends sang this at a talent show and sounded really good. its a nice slow/rockish song i guess lol)
Christina Aguilera- any of her songs she's a great singer and she has good harmonies in her songs for sopranos and altos together
**-edited:Lauryn Hill- "Can't Take my eyes off of you" or "killing me softly". old but really good songs to sing to!!

I do not know maybe Kryptonite by Three Doors Down, or Wake Me Up When September Ends by Green Day. You would need a good guitarist for Wake Me Up When September Ends though.

Sing of stable issues no longer undesirable, sing of chuffed no longer unhappy. Sing, Sing a song, sing it common to final the whole nighttime long. do no longer hassle if its no longer stable sufficient for absolutely everyone else to pay attention, only sing, sing a song.

There's an awesome duet that Barbra Streisand and Celine Dion sang....the parts would work well for a soprano (Celine) and an alto (Barbra) The Duet is called "Tell Him," and it's on Celine's "Let's Talk about Love" album.

Lone Star by;Norah Jones
You can split up the parts, and it's good for any voice range.
