You cant get razrs repaired or get insurance on them and you are just on your own when you buy them and please do not tell me to buy a new one. or be rude/mean

take it into the store of what ever service it is ((cingular...take it to the cingular store. verizon...take it to the verizon store)) they should either fizx it or replace you with a new one for free. If they replace it, they will transfer all your information to the new fone. ((if its not a sim card kind of fone))

i have a moto razr that my parents bought for me and they got insurance on it just in case something happen to it then i can just call my plan and tell them that my phone is broken and they will replace it.
