GTA vice city stories, hiring people.?

Question

i know in parts of the game you hire people, im a ways in and forgot how to get people that work for me to follow me around and stuff. or is that just on occasion.

You need to target them like you do in San Andreas. Once you have them locked in on a target, press the R3 analog stick to have them join you.

I forget what button 2 push, but all U do is walk up to the people in green (your homies) like you are talking to them push the correct button and they will follow U.
U can only recruit a set # of PEEPS
