My two votes would be Island's Hamburgers in Summerlin and the Burger Bar in the Mandalay Bay shopping center.
-Island's is a California hamburger chain. It has a surfer vibe and good, greesy burgers. The burgers will be a little different from what you are used to. But boy do they taste awesome! And you have to order the Island's Fries! They're enough for four or more people. It is across from the Red Rock Casino on Charleston. :-)
-The Burger Bar is an excellent place to make you own burger. Yep, the entire menu consists of picking your type of burger, bread, cheese, toppings, etc. They also have sweet potato fries and zucchini fries (oh so good!!). BUT be forewarned.....it is expensive. A basic burger will cost you about $15. And it goes way up if you add toppings, but trust me it's worth it!!! If you really want to splurg you can put lobster tail and black truffles (expensive, very potent mushrooms) on your burger! It is located in the walkway/shopping center between the Mandalay Bay and the Luxor.

Definitely the Burger Bar at the Luxor. You can build your own burger—starting with the meat! Then choose all of your favorite toppings. They even have a desert burger.

Hamburger Mary's....it's a gay place so don't go if that freaks you out, but the burgers are good.
For fast food In&Out is the place in Vegas and SoCal

Toby Keith's I Love This Bar & Grill (Inside Harrah's) has awesome hamburgers...they are huge and tall & on a homemade roll.
It's also home to the best chicken fried steak I've ever had.
But beware....you must have some miniscule affection for Toby Keith, cause this place is on TK overload!

My favorite is the RAINBOW CLUB on Water Street in Henderson. Check Henderson's newspaper and get a two-for-one-price coupon. It's a great hamburger and a great savings.

Fatburger...across the street from the monte carlo i believe...its on the strip....you can choose up to like 12 toppings or something like that...

Al's Garage in the District by GVR is my favorite. Also, the waitresses have big, gigantic breasts. I like that too.
