The Ku Klux Klan was a group of racist bigots who didnt like anyone if they were not white and protestant.
They were originally formed by former Confederate general Nathan Bedford Forrest after the Civil war. I think he was the first of its 'grand wizards' - or leaders of the Klu Klux Klan.
Their acts included lynching of blacks, and the murders of the Civil Rights boys in the 1950's.
A bunch of crazies that became like Neo-Nazis.

Blink. Wow. The Ku Klux Klan is a white supremacy group. Kind of like the Nazis without the political background except they focus on African Americans and not Jews.

The klan is a group that got its start in 1866. They are a hate group, against blacks,Jews anyone who's not a white,straight American. And they are still around today.

They're a bunch of hugely prejudiced individuals that see the white race as superior and are against anyone of color! They are violent and they are killers. Have you never seen photos of these guys in the white sheets wearing the white pointed witch-style hats with holes cut out for their eyes? Imagine waging a war against a certain race of humanity but yet, you hide your face, your identity, under a cloth? Are they not proud of themselves? Of course not, they know they're wrong, but yet, they want to eradicate an entire race of humans that have as equal a right to exist on this earth, as they do! As human beings I mean. Their right to desire the extermination of all blacks, is horrendous, to say the least! They should rather be dressing in red with horns on their heads! The KKK! The Kut-throats, the Killers, and the Klan of F-----g Moronic Idiots Without Brains! Cousins of Frankenstein and Hitler!

I hate to say this, but its refreshing to hear of someone unfamiliar with the KKK. That's a great sign, for obvious reasons.
It is important to understand how terrible they are/were, though. There's no place for groups like them in American society.
