Unplug it first. Then there should be a screw holding the cover on. Once that is off, just push in a little and give a little turn counterclockwise as you look down the bulb and it should pop out.

If this is a unit mounted over a range, it's a major project to replace the bulb for the interior of the cabinet. The unit has to be taken down, the top has to come off and then there is a small metal plate that has to come off to get to the bulb. For the bulb under the unit, (that provides lite for the range top), there should be a small glass or plexiglas lens to be removed for changing the bulb. If it's a countertop model, some of them have a plate on the back, some of them have to have the complete cabinet removed to get at the bulb.

I would suggest that you check your owners manual. It should explain all you need to know. Then follow Fordmans' instructions.
