How do you file a grievance against an employer?

What are the laws against sexual harassment? What are legitimate grievances about hostile environments in the workplace? I live in Virginia.

Try the Office of Civil Rights. OCR for short. Look online or in the Federal Govt section of your phone book. Start documenting EVERYTHING immediately....dates, times, names, actions. etc.....
