1. Detroit Lions- never gonna amount to anything
2. 1 of the NY teams- NY doesn't need 2 teams
3. Arizona Cardinals- see the Lions
4. Baltimore Ravens- Art Model is a jagoff
If commish, I also would NOT relocate any teams, or give an expansion team to Los Angeles. They screwed up twice with supporting the Raiders and Rams. They don't deserve a new team...actually I'd outlaw relocation league wide. No one gets to move!

I am sorry to say but your CRAZY!!!!! I understand you adding the Arizona Cardinals, thats a no brainer. The skins are one of the most profitable sports franchises. The Colts, come on they just won the Super Bowl (I am Bears fan). The Panthers have been in playoffs several times and made it to the Super Bowl recently, all in their short existence. The Titans were apart of one the best Super Bowls ever against the Rams a couple of years ago and have one of the best, if not the best young QB in league. So, now that I just picked apart your list here is mine......
1.) Arizona Cardinals; worst owners in NFL (cheap), their stadium is named after a college and you have to feel sorry for the players. Need I say more!
2.) Detroit Lions; Owners at top of list for Lions too, but not for being cheap, the Fords are a great family, they just don't know what they are doing. Keeping Matt Millen is just nutz, they let Barry Sanders retire and they haven't won anything in one of the worst divisions in NFL (again Bears fan).
3.) Houston Texans; they might be one of the most profitable teams in NFL like the Skins, but they picked Mario Williams 1st. Mario Williams might be good, but, VInce Young, Reggie Bush, DeMeco Ryan (picked by Texans AFTER Mario) and at least half a dozen others ARE and/or will be better. Can you name 3 players, besides the ones mentioned so far and Carr and Dayne on the Texans?
4.) Jacksonville Jaguars; this one was a tough one, they are a good team, been to playoffs recently, great coaches and good players. The problem is they can't sell out and have constant blackouts. As commissioner, this isn't good for profits!
So there you go, the commissioner has spoken and have made my final decisions, not on the colors of team or teams I hate, just the cold hard truth!

The Giants are the most boring team in the NFL to watch. They dont do anything. The Buffalo Bills need to move to San Antonio, and switch to a different name. The Green Bay Packers need to either change their name, or have all their cheesehead fans secretly shipped to timbuktu, because Packers fans are the worst. The Colts, because as soon as they start getting bad again, they will have no fans at all. Every Colts fan became a fan within the past 6 years, no joke. The Panther's whole organization is stuck in 1994, have you looked at their team name font, it looks like the Street Sharks. The Lions, Texans and Cardinals have all been horrible forever. If you need a dome for your team to play football, then you dont really need a team, im mainly looking at the Vikings. Jacksonville is a bad town, but for some reason, Ive always liked the Jags. Maybe they should move to LA. You could find bad things about any team, and I really dont want any NFL teams eliminated from the league, but for fun:
Panthers
Cowboys (but their cheerleaders could come to Chicago)
Ravens
Vikings
Note: You shouldnt really judge a team by their jersey color scheme.

Cowboys, Giants, Redskins, Patriots.
Seriously ok now:
1. The Houston Texans- the only purpose they serve in the NFL is to give everyone a good laugh
2. Washington- Annoying fans, i swear one day that 6 YEAR OLD stadium is going to collapse(i wonder if the builders were Eagles fans, i am :)
3. Tennese Titans- uhhhhhhhhhhhh ummmmmm do i need a reason? Send em back to Houston were they can get this magical thing called talent.
4. Baltimore Ravens- this team was put their to prove a point to Indy, unfourtunetly many of us dont see a point in the Ravens.

Browns....Not a Browns fan, but I hate that the team records from the old Browns (Ravens) team is giving to the new Browns team just because they have the same name.
2. Cardinals.....right
3. Texans.....couldn't come up with a better name?
4. Oakland....Why does LA have a team in ever major sport except football? At least the Rams moved out of the state of California.

1. Arizona Cardinals - Under the Bidwell's, this team will never make it. They are the most boring team in professional sports.
2. Seattle Seahawks - The next to the most boring team around.
3. Houston Texans - See above.
4. Detroit Lions - One whipping boy (the Cardinals) in the league is enough.

I think that the NFL is as balanced and as close to perfect as it has ever been. But if it came down to it;
1). Buffalo Bills- They had their chance to win the Super Bowl 4 times in a row (Super Bowl XXV-XXVIII). And they also have the dubious honor of once having O.J. suit up for them. Ralph Wilson Stadium is horrible and you can't even tailgate anywhere. But the real dagger in the heart is their roster for this upcoming season. J.P. Losman isn't even good enough to be a towel boy!
2.) Arizona Cardinals- The only thing keeping one of the oldest franchises from extinction is their new digs University of Phoenix Stadium. But even that seems to not be enough to give an identity to the most unidentifiable franchises in the NFL. Once the proud Chicago Cardinals of the 1930's they moved to St. Louis and sort of disappeard of the map. They have switched titles twice since moving to Arizona. Toggling back and forth from Phoenix Cardinals to Arizona Cardinals. There is some real talent on this team, (James, Bolden, Fitzgerald, Leinhart) so it is a shame. But they will find work elsewhere.
3. San Francisco (San Jose) Forty Niners- i hate saying this but the Niners are leaving town and with that move, they will lose alot of faithful. The city would not finance a new stadium for them so they will play furthur south in the bay area. Gone are the days of Montana, Rice and Young. Eventhough they are up and coming, the front office has dug itself into a huge hole. So I will save them the trouble and just put them out of their collective bargining misery.
4. Detroit Lions/Jacksonville Jaguars- I can't choose my fourth team. But it is one of these two. Detroit hasn't been anything since Doak Walker used to suit up in the pale blue and silver. But(though I absolutly hate Detroit), it is a huge market. And no matter how bad a Detroit team gets, the fans stick with their team. Now the front office is another story all together! That is a trainwreck but you can't help but watch as lions fans leave at half time to boycott Nate McMillan the GM.
But the spent alot of money to build Ford Field to try and give new life to the franchise. Well at least the fans are comfortable watching their team lose while wearing a worn out Barry Sanders jersey.
As for the Jags.... wellI just think that it is too small of a market. While they have had success on the field (going to the AFC championship game in '97, their second year in the league), they can't sell out Altell Stadium. For one thing, they have sugnificantly increased it's size in order to host Super Bowl 39. And they just don't seem to have a regional fan base. However they do seem to have a good national following. but that doesn't sell tickets. And this season they will have to draft a quarterback to save their franchise QB Leftwich. And Jack Del Rio will be on the hotseat to get the Jags back into the playoffs. They can't afford to keep missing the playoffs every year. Even if it is by one game. Fans expect a team with the calliber of players that they have to be a lock in the playoffs.
