IT SOUNDS LIKE A SAFETY THERMOSTAT. IT IS EITHER WEARING OUT OR IT IS GETTING TOO HOT INSIDE THE DRUM AND THIS UPPER LIMIT SWITCH SHUTS OFF THE DRYER AND WILL NOT START UP AGAIN UNTIL IT COOLS DOWN. GO TO THIS WEB SITE FOR MORE HELP. " REPAIRCLINIC.COM ".

Your dryer does have a problem. Your motor is tired, you may want to purchase a new dryer. Does your timer on your dryer work? If the timer does work then change the time on it. If you get the same reply well look into a rental if you can. if you can't I know lots of people don't like going but maybe dry your clothes to your nearest laundry mat

first try a smaller load on a cooler setting and see if that helps. Check both your lint catcher and your exhaust hose in the back for blockage. If after cleaning both and the cooler cycle still shutting off on you then you probably need a new heating element. That may not necessarily be wirth replacing- cost wide you might be better off getting a new one altogether. good luck!! I'll keep my fingers crossed for you.

you may sparkling out your vent hose. Your vent hose is perchance full of fairly some and probably some moisture too. Your dryer has a sensor that detects your vent hose is clogged. once you sparkling your vent hose your dryer is honestly no longer as warm and could no longer close off in mid-cycle.

Could be the motor getting hot, but it may be a limit sensor button.
