That is a little bit of a open question.

I work with a mortgage broker, and I have access to over 100 banks, so I think I might be able to answer this.

if you have great credit lenders like GMAC, Suntrust, Credit Suisse and First Marienr offer some really great rates.

For those who are more outside the normal standards, lenders like Equifirst and ResMae offer some good rates.

If you are looking for customer service (regardless of rate), I have found Equifirst. American Mortgage Networt and Credit Suisse offer really great service when you call their customer support.

I like using bankrate.com to see which lenders have the best rates for my area.

i went with national fidelity mortgage...gave me the best rate...have their number if you need it
