Yes, Ray Combs hanged himself. He was the host of the Family Feud from 1988 to 1994. He killed himself in 1996.
Ray Combs hosted the game show Family Feud for six years, replacing original host Richard Dawson in 1988 and in turn being replaced by Dawson, who returned to the show in 1994. In 1996 Combs, apparently distraught over marital and professional problems, was admitted to the psychiatric ward of the Glendale (Calif.) Adventist Medical Center. There he used bedsheets to hang himself in a closet.

His name is Ray Combs.
He was on "Family Feud" from 1988 to 1993. His dismissal from the show (and other failures that have happened) is what eventually led him to commit suicide in 1996.

His name was Ray Combs and he always wanted to be a big star. He was host for family fued for a while, after doing some other comedic stuff. He failed and commited suicide.

Ray Combs. A lot of people really liked him. I guess he didn't know how popular he really was.
